The never ending saga of 70-ish people of all shapes, sizes and colors, thrown together by fate during the late 1970's and early 1980's. Like a piece of gum stuck to the bottom of one's shoe, they just can't seem to get rid of each other.

Born and bred Red Sox Red. You may notice a hint of this in some of the things I write. My favorite Sox moments include 2004, 2007 and the Yankees choke of 2004. Least favorite moments, Buckner's boot, Boone and Bucky's, Signing of A-Rod, Sabathia and Teixeira,as well as Yankee Championships 1-27. Got rings? Not enough of them.
I like to banter Sox vs. Yankees but I do respect the traditions. I love the way Jeter plays the game.
Favorite sports teams are all from Beantown. Favorite life moments, birth of my three kids, marriage to my current..running the Boston Marathon in 01, Mtn Washington in 00 and 02 and sky diving last summer.
I try to write with a conscience...Enjoy the sport but I'm not afraid to grapple with the topics that have an effect on life. My goal is to allow readers to have an opinion while at the same time not swimming away from voicing my own.
